Needs Assessment and Proposal for Monroe County Fairgrounds

Introducing Clint's recent pro bono project, focusing on empowering learning through innovative instructional design. The project involved a Needs Assessment and Proposal for the Monroe County Fairgrounds website, aiming to enhance community interaction, event awareness, and profitability through user-friendly solutions developed after extensive research and testing.

Educational Drone Club Demonstration

A multi-faceted educational experience born out of Clint's creativity and experience. This 4-H Drone Club educational program seamlessly combines in-person skill-building with virtual learning components and media creation, catering to 7-12 grade students. Join us in exploring the exciting intersection of agritourism, robotics, programming, piloting, safety education, media creation, and marketing for a comprehensive career-readiness experience.

Research Study and Needs Assessment on Volunteer Training Preferences

Introducing the Indiana 4-H Volunteer Needs Assessment project. This project gathered critical feedback from volunteers across all 92 Indiana counties, aiming to strengthen the statewide network of 4-H volunteers using the nationally recognized VRKC framework. This needs assessment clearly shows critical components of the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), showcasing the reality that a great needs assessment allows instructional designers to create learning opportunities that truly matter.
